Christopher A. Eccles, Esq.
Partner
Christopher has been practicing law in Nevada for almost 20 years. He has worked both for the State of Nevada and in the private sector during that time.
Christopher’s State service includes being a Nevada Deputy Attorney General for about 10 years. During his tenure with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Christopher represented and prosecuted cases before high-profile clients such as the Nevada State Athletic Commission (think boxing and mixed martial arts) and the Financial Institutions Division (think credit unions, payday and title lenders, and state banks). He also represented and prosecuted cases before the Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels, the Nevada Transportation Authority (think household goods movers, limousines, and tow trucks), the Real Estate Commission, and other state agencies.
Prior to starting Eccles & Taruc Law, Christopher served as Senior Division Counsel for the Division of Industrial Relations, focusing on workers’ compensation, mechanical compliance (think boilers, elevators, escalators, and pressure vessels), and OSHA.
In between his service with the State, Christopher worked in the private sector, where he and Justin met working for the same law firm focusing mostly on insurance defense. Christopher has invaluable insider knowledge and understands the value that a hard-working public employee can contribute to an efficient workers’ compensation system and he works hard to bring that same value to your individual case.
In his spare time, Christopher loves to hang out with his wife, Hayley, and his three boys.
