Justin grew up in Las Vegas and graduated high school from Advanced Technologies Academy. He then pursued a bachelor's degree in Political Science at UNLV. Justin then went on to obtain a law degree from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Not one to brag, but Justin graduated cum laude (with honors) from UNLV and in the top one-third of his law school class.
Prior to starting Eccles & Taruc Law, Justin served as Division Counsel for the Division of Industrial Relations of the State of Nevada, where he worked alongside Chris ensuring Nevada’s injured workers were treated fairly.
Justin also served as a Nevada Deputy Attorney General representing a multitude of public boards and commissions, including the Barbers’ Heath and Sanitation Board, Cosmetology Board, Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners, Osteopathic Board, Chiropractic Physicians’ Board, and Certified Court Reporters’ Board.
Prior to joining State service, Justin was employed in private practice, where he met Chris working at the same law firm, practicing in the areas of complex civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, business law, family law, immigration law, and commercial law.
While in law school, Justin held several legal clerkships and externships at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Consumer Rights Project, Domestic Violence Project, and Children’s Attorneys Project. He also served as a judicial extern at the United States Immigration Court in Las Vegas and was a student attorney in the Thomas & Mack Immigration Clinic.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys traveling, binge watching reality tv, and spending time with his family.
